Interesting events this week at Pat’s steaks in Philadelphia…. The owner of one of the most popular cheesesteak houses has posted a sign that says, “This Is AMERICA: WHEN ORDERING ‘SPEAK ENGLISH.’ ” This is really more about the insourcing of jobs to day workers vs. outsourcing to another country but still very interesting. I am betting 10 days before the first lawsuits are filed.
