Guess who stands to gain the most from the outsourcing wave . The techies who are being paid huge amounts or the foreign companies which get cheap labour? Well, it is the outsourcing companies which gain the most from H-1B deals.

Despite all the hue and cry over the increasing number of job shifts, foreign firms are cashing in on the vast pool of talent of low-wage countries like India.

The bottomlines of these companies are bloating as they not only offshore jobs to India but also recruit the H-1B holders which are very economical.

Documents of Microsoft?s outsourcing deals revealed by WashTech, a Seattle-based organisation of technology workers describe the pricing structure of contracts between Microsoft and two of the largest Indian IT firms, Infosys and Satyam.

According WashTech claims, the hourly wage rate for a software architect is the same for both Infosys and Satyam. It is $90, or more than $187,000 per year.

The hourly rate for a senior software programmer is $72, or $149,000 a year, and the hourly rate for a software developer is $60, or $124,000 a year.
